Payment Terms
• The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it covers the reserved date, time, and venue costs.
• By paying the retainer, AK Photography agrees not to book other clients for this date.
• Balance Due: Remaining minimum balance must be paid in full by 12:00 PM on September 1st 2025 . Failure to pay the minimum balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of the shoot, and the retainer will be forfeited to cover associated costs.
• Cancellation: If you cancel for any reason, all monies paid will be retained by AK Photography to cover business costs.


Cancellation & Late Arrival
• If AK Photography must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, no compensation or liability for associated costs can be offered.
• No refunds will be issued for missed slots due to late arrivals or cancellations after the full balance is paid. Balances are non-transferable to other dates.

• All directions provided during the shoot are followed at your own risk. AK Photography is not liable for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur.
